Terms

Rules for using the BetaBots site, requesting a sample, and handling synthetic research output responsibly.

Legal review notice

These are contractual product terms intended for the BetaBots managed service. They should receive qualified legal review before large-scale sales, enterprise contracting, or expansion into additional jurisdictions.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By submitting the form or using the managed service, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Service Agreement. You must have authority to bind the customer and be legally able to enter the agreement. A free-sample request is subject to eligibility and capacity and is not accepted merely because an acknowledgement is sent.

2. Authorization to test

You confirm that you own the submitted environment or are authorized to test it and permit BetaBots to access it for the agreed scenario. You are responsible for obtaining any internal or third-party permissions. Do not submit systems where testing would breach law, policy, contract, or another person's rights.

3. Safe access

Provide a safe test account with least privilege, synthetic data, and only the permissions needed. Do not put credentials in the form. Passwords, API keys, tokens, payment details, and personal customer data must be exchanged only through an expressly agreed secure method, if needed at all.

4. Prohibited actions

You may not ask BetaBots to perform destructive actions, payment actions, purchases, transfers, deletion, publication, external messaging, production changes, security bypasses, unlawful surveillance, credential collection, or actions likely to harm people, systems, or data. BetaBots may stop a session when the environment or instruction appears unsafe.

5. Synthetic-research limits

Synthetic research is probabilistic and complements rather than replaces real users, deterministic QA, security testing, accessibility audits, or professional advice. It may miss issues, produce false positives, or disagree with actual customers. No result, flaw detection, revenue effect, or conversion improvement is promised.

6. Website and project materials

The open-source BetaBots project is governed by its published software license. Managed-service operations, templates, reports, brand material, and proposal terms may have separate intellectual property and usage rules described in the Service Agreement or accepted proposal.

7. Suspension and changes

BetaBots may reject, pause, or stop a request for safety, capacity, suspected abuse, failed or replayed bot verification, missing authorization, technical infeasibility, or breach of these terms. Website features and configured email or bot-protection providers may change. Accepted paid work is handled under its proposal and the Service Agreement.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site and free sample are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The detailed disclaimers, liability cap, exclusions, governing law, and dispute terms in the Service Agreement apply to managed reviews.
